Spring Fling is an end-of-year party just for 5th graders from every school in our district. Students will celebrate the end of elementary school and the beginning of middle school with old and new friends! They will enjoy karaoke, music/dancing, bingo, candy and pop walks, a photo booth, gym games, and more! Pizza, drinks, and snacks will be served- and all attendees will receive a t-shirt they will wear the night of the event.

Party Info

  • Date and Time: Friday, May 20th from 6:00-9:00 pm
  • Location: Central Middle School (CMS)
  • Cost: $30 per student. Financial Assistance is available – more details below.
  • Registration Deadline: EXTENDED TO SUNDAY, MAY 1!. Registrations after that date will be given a shirt from the extra sizes available.

Please read carefully through all the details below.

Registration Details

Registrations is via the My Payments Plus website. If you do not already have a My Payments Plus account, you will need to create one. You can do that here: https://www.mypaymentsplus.com/register. You will need your child’s Student ID # to create your account with your 5th grader added to your account. Instructions for creating an account can be found in the Spring Fling email from your school.

If you already have a My Payments Plus account for the school district, you can log into your account to register for the party here: MyPaymentsPlus. Look for the Spring Fling drop down on your Dashboard.

All information is required and payment must be made by credit card.

If you need financial assistance, please contact your school’s social worker for a code to use during registration.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to/from your child’s elementary school.

All students should be at their elementary school by 5:30 pm. They must wear their t-shirt and a wristband which will be provided prior to the event.

They will arrive back at their elementary school at 9:30 pm. Please plan to arrive then for pick-up.

IMPORTANT: Dropping off and picking up your child directly from Central Middle School is not allowed! This is a large event (likely 600+ students), and direct transportation is not feasible with that many cars. Final details will be sent out to parents as the event gets closer.

T Shirts for those not attending Spring Fling

If students cannot attend the Spring Fling, but would like to buy a class T-Shirt, they can complete the google form below and pay the $10 for the shirt through the paypal link in the Google form. If students need financial assistance to buy the shirt, they can contact the school social worker.
